Our journey starts with a two-phase energy audit conducted free of charge to calculate how much energy ECO33 can save for your company.
ECO33 will first conduct a walk-through study to arrive at a rough estimate of the energy savings, project cost and payback period. This preliminary feasibility study allows ECO33 to compile an energy profile for your organisation to understand it better. ECO33 will assess several aspects such as heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and lighting via a site visit, study of past electricity bills and inspection of major energy-consuming equipment.
ECO33 will present the findings of the first study for your consideration, and with your confirmation, ECO33 will conduct a secondary in-depth energy audit free of charge where ECO33 will measure the electricity consumption, temperature levels, relative humidity, CO2 density and other parameters. This data will help ECO33 analyse and construct a solution and provide you with a project proposal highlighting the scope, implementation, duration, milestones, energy savings and payback period.
Throughout the project implementation, ECO33 will work with you to transform your building into an energy-efficient, smart, sustainable and intelligent structure. ECO33 solution will include renovation, refurbishment and retrofit of existing building equipment. ECO33 will install industry-specific energy-saving measures as well as real-time monitoring mechanisms to enable you to be in control of your savings.
Once the project is completed, which typically takes approximately six months, ECO33 will continue to measure energy performance according to the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP®). ECO33 will also encourage you to appoint independent measure and verification consultants if required to conduct additional energy usage studies and verify your savings.
